Nothing, by the site itself. There is no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no A/B testing tool, no session recorder, no embedded video, no web font loaded from a third party — the fonts are self-hosted at build time. No cookie is set, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss and no consent to withdraw.

Every page is a static file. Nothing is generated per request, nothing is personalised, and there is no login, no form that accepts data, and no comment box.

The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Zypern. Like any web server, it writes access logs: IP address, timestamp, the URL requested, the referrer and the user agent. That processing rests on the legitimate interest in operating and securing the site under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Those logs belong to the host and are kept under its retention policy; they are not read, exported or combined with anything else.

Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp are the three ways to make contact, and each is operated by its own provider under its own terms. A message sent to burakbolek@gmail.com is processed only to answer it, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR, and kept only as long as the exchange or German commercial and tax retention law requires.

You have the rights under Art. 15 to 21 GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection — and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Hesse that is the Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit. Write to the same address to exercise any of them.

Automated clients are welcome and are treated exactly like anyone else: every URL is a plain, unauthenticated GET, nothing is rate limited, and no request is profiled. Asking for a page with an Accept: text/markdown header returns the same content as Markdown. The machine-readable index is at /llms.txt.

German law governs this site, and the Datenschutzerklärung is the authoritative version. Where the two readings differ, the German text wins. Provider identification is in the Impressum.
