• Led the AI rollout across the company — LLM and GPT-backed tooling in developer workflows and internal systems, and the enablement that got people using it rather than trialling it.
• Built the delivery method behind it: narrow agents, retrieval that earns its cost, and evaluation sets — the same method I use to take my own products from settled requirements to shipped in weeks.
• Architected a cloud-native SaaS healthcare contact centre from scratch for a US healthcare provider on Amazon Connect, Lex and Lambda, with .NET Core services and a React agent desktop.
• Built the authentication and identity front end for the world's largest office-space provider on ForgeRock, and worked on their client UI.
• Delivery and pre-sales solutioning: shaping the technical answer before the contract, then staying to deliver it.
• Mentor in the AP Lab programme — six mentees to date.
• Certificate of Excellence three years running (2021, 2022, 2023) and above-performance ratings every year.
