A
Distributed systems from the first diagram to the last deployment. I stay through delivery, because the parts of a design that fail are the parts nobody had to build — and because deciding well is the half that cannot be accelerated.

I write the code I specify. Mostly .NET and TypeScript, and enough of the surrounding stack to be useful in a code review rather than only in a meeting.

Multi-cloud in the real sense — AWS and Azure in production, chosen per workload and per client constraint rather than per preference.

Agents do the building; I do the deciding. That is what compresses a quarter into a fortnight — and the nineteen years is what keeps the result architecture rather than output.
